FreshLime is a cloud-based customer retention platform designed to grow local businesses by increasing client retention. The solution provides users with a 360-degree view of their customers, and enables targeted interactions including personalized email, text messaging, and social media posts.

With FreshLime, businesses can unify all of their customer data in a single platform. Data can be integrated from multiple sources, and captured in real time to power personalized customer experiences. Customers are automatically segmented based on their previous interactions, demographics, purchase history, lifetime value, feedback, and other variables. Targeted communications can be sent out to different customer segments, with automated and scheduled messaging.

FreshLime includes reputation monitoring tools for managing online customer feedback and reviews. Review requests can be sent out to any device, and users can monitor all incoming reviews from a single dashboard with automatic notifications for any feedback requiring urgent attention. Businesses can also manage their local listings across 70 search networks, including Google, Yahoo, Yelp and Facebook, with real-time automatic sync of any updates.

Initial service was good.
Their chat bot questions were not well written and they were slow to respond to requests. Later we started losing leads because their system did not send the leads properly.
