eTrucks IFTA offers a module which allows users to track and manage fuel consumption for multiple trucks and prepare IFTA reports. Fleet managers can use this system to import fuel card data from providers and upload bulk fuel data from existing records. Teams can import and delete jurisdictional miles from GPS, electronic logging data and automatic on-board recording device. The solution allows staff to view automatic IFTA rate updates, maintain organizational data and generate quarterly or monthly reports.
eTrucks IFTA enables managers to import jurisdiction names in a non-abbreviated format and fix missing data such as date or unit information on the preview screen. Its fuel tax history feature lets team members calculate annual total mileage per jurisdiction for registration renewals.

Any issue i ever had using eTucks was revolved quickly because [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] would call as soon as i would have a question wouldn't matter the time! He will above and beyond for customer satisfaction and he definitely has made us satisfied and will continue to use eTrucks and recommend them to anyone i know!
Pros
I love how easy it is to upload mileage for IFTA and everything is so simple and clean where it really doesn't make it hard at all to do our quarterly returns.
Cons
First time using it was a little confusing just because i was new to it and thought that we had to put in mileage in one by one but i received help from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and he explained it all so well and really isn't anything I don't like about eTrucks.

Great idea, a time saver! eTrucks takes the difficulty out of IFTA reporting.
Great idea, a time saver! eTrucks takes the difficulty out of IFTA reporting.
Pros
eTrucks gives small businesses a reprieve from having to keep track of multiple truck fuel use receipts and gallonage for IFTA. It is all taken care of with some button pushes!
Cons
I am not sure how to keep track of highway fuel tax manually, this software is helpful but some training via the software would be helpful.
