Elevo Overview

Elevo is a cloud-based human resource (HR) solution which assists businesses of all sizes with goal management and performance evaluation. Its key features include feedback management, appraisals, predefined templates, group summary reports and campaign management.

The Elevo application comes with an evaluation module which lets teams organize employees, conduct interviews, keep track of communications and analyze results. The system enables managers, peers, clients and HR teams to participate in employee assessments and appraisals. Managers can use the goal setting feature to set team priorities, communicate objectives and track outcomes. The solution lets users sign documents online and complete assessments on a mobile device.

Elevo comes with an open API and integrates with third-party human resource applications such as BambooHR, ADP, Workday, Lucca, Talensoft and Nibelis. Human resource professionals can use Elevo to follow up on interview and evaluation processes, manage personnel files and conduct employee training. Teams can digitize feedback forms and send completion reminders to employees.

Pros

Elevo is very simple to use and entirely customizable. The deployment was quick and efficient and the support team is great ! I am having a real impact on my company's management thanks to Elevo.
