The team puts in minimal effort, delivering irrelevant or duplicate influencers. The promised robust discovery tool doesn't exist; they recently added a few search filters that are ineffective. Grin is a resource drain, creating problems instead of solving them. They excel at cold selling and misleading demos, coercing small businesses into a 12 month contract. The reality is far from what's promised. Avoid Grin and save yourself the frustration and wasted money. I forgot about payments in my previous section, but it makes being able to pay a large number of influencers so much easier and collects all the right documentation. Doing large campaigns with BIG revenue goals was awesome\! We've worked with people all year, were able to reach out to them, and get them signed up to promote again for Black Friday. Grin has also been great for one off marketing needs. Example, we need 10 video for ads. I think the only issue was sometimes there were some Instagram connection issues (but that is typically an issue with Instagram itself) or even maybe post here or there wouldn’t get picked up by the system, but GRIN has a really great customer service/team to help with any issues, using this system with different companies, I had great help from both teams that assist with their respective companies.
