O.C. Tanner has improved employee engagement and encourages everyone to bring their best self to work, as well as to show kindness to colleagues by recognizing their everyday contributions to the company's betterment.
Pros
O.C. Tanner is an excellent way to recognize employees on multiple levels, from appreciation for everyday tasks to thank you's for completion of huge projects. It also allows employees to recognize each others' hard work and achievements!
Cons
I would love if it were a little easier to use your preferred name on this software. I know there is a way, but if it were something that was clarified on first sign in, I think it'd be neat.
