Quorum is a cloud-based advocacy platform which helps public affairs professionals with stakeholder engagement, legislative tracking, and grassroots advocacy. Key features include contact management, dialogue tracking, business card scanning, predefined templates, and collaboration.
Quorum includes a collaborative database, which helps users store contact information and track meetings with multiple stakeholders. Teams can use the engagement matrix template to define objectives and outline plans. The platform comes with a tool which allows team members to send plain-text emails using custom placeholders. Quorum also facilitates communication with legislators, staffers, and other stakeholders. Managers can use the mobile application to find/edit custom descriptions for officials and monitor the team’s recent engagement activities, as well as legislative changes impacting the organization.
Quorum comes with an automated business card scanner, which lets professionals add new contacts and populate custom fields using mobile devices. The platform enables managers to map facilities, members, employees, and suppliers to multiple congressional and state legislative districts. Quorum is suitable for trade associations, non-profits, advocacy groups, and embassies.

User-friendly, multi-faceted approach to tracking advocate activity, leveraging advocacy priorities, engaging with lawmakers and their offices, and displaying professional data sets.

Certainly costlier than other vendors, and at times capabilities are discussed and/or promised that aren't quite delivered as described.

DO NOT BUY FOR STATE AND LOCAL LOBBYING

It's not worth the money for state work. I feel lied to and bamboozled. I could have continued...
It's not worth the money for state work. I feel lied to and bamboozled. I could have continued using the state directory and paid the couple of hundred dollars for unlimited use for lobbyist in a box. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE FOR STATE AND LOCAL LOBBYING!
Pros
It did an ok job at notifying when bills went to committee.
Cons
I purchased quorum for state lobbying efforts. They lied about having contact information for legislative staff. When I then moved to end my contract they told me that:
1. My state doesn't publicly list the contact information for legislative staff. Therefor they will not be providing me with the contact information for any legislative staff, that I should just use the generic email that is also listed on the state website.
2. I need to give a 60 day notice to end my contract
Absolutely outrageous!

BAD. We are a small profit without the time for their long courses. We did not want quorum but they...
BAD. We are a small profit without the time for their long courses. We did not want quorum but they bought out the company we chose.
Pros
Nothing. Ever since they bought Phone 2 Action intelligence tracking and reporting is so complex it is taking hours and hours where it used to take 20 minutes.
Cons
Inability to get help on the phone. The help techs leave out steps and clarifications that make it impossible to succeed.

Pros
Integration was very easy and fast. They have a comprehensive resource center. The additional tracking features provide great value for our smaller GR shop and allow us to work more effciently.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve with the system and takes some training before you're able to get the most out of all the features.
