I have spoken with higher level technicians about this and they agree that the features we need would be great to have, but they don't yet exist and they put in requests for software updates, but I have no reason to expect that these will ever actually happen. > > Calling in to regular tech support (for which I pay a monthly fee) is rarely rewarding. They only have the pat answers and protocols that they know to do for different error codes.
