The CSV file at the end makes uploading it to our payroll a breeze. It helped speed up the payroll process as we continue to grow time. Their customer service was pretty good too, there was no issue they weren't able to fix in a timely manner. > > **Cons**: The biometric scanner is pretty good, but it can miss a person clock-in or out even if they actually did.
