Notehouse is a relationship management software which enables professionals such as lawyers, guidance counselors, HR managers, or social workers to take time stamped notes. Notehouse also supports trackable tags to help users sort and manage all of their cases and clients. Notehouse offers a straightforward solution which allows users to get up and running in a few minutes.

Notehouse is focused on the as-needed essentials of narrative based notes, upcoming dates, contact information, and a customizable tagging system. The platform is also mobile compatible with voice recognition type to text. Narrative notes allow users to keep track of conversations, meetings, and appointments. Users can also share this information across teams, so that everyone knows who exactly took the note and when. The Notehouse side bar and sticky notes ensure important information is always prominent.

Other use cases for Notehouse include keeping track of doctor visits, playdates and parent-teacher conferences, as well as keeping track of clients, collective members, and speakers. A total timesaver for founders!

Pros

I'm a social impact video game designer, so I've got a whole lot of people in my gaming and user communities to keep track of. I love the simplicity of Notehouse. In a quick second, I can search with tags to find one of my people–whether they're a tester, parent, or investor. I also like that I can include the little things that I'm often at risk of forgetting about my users, and being able to bring up those little details with our game testers and parents has made all the difference in building a strong community surrounding our game.

Cons

Honestly, describing how useful it is to the rest of my team! They're starting to network at various events in their areas, and I'm so excited for them to try it first hand and see how much of a game changer it is.

Exactly what I was looking for. It was bought before the trial ran out!

Pros

As a social worker it is hard to find a software to help with client notes. Unlike other social workers, I work at a school that doesn't have a logging software. I hated using a word pad to log things. It's hard to find notes and it's hard to keep track of things as I do them. I opened this program and it was instantly what I needed. After trying many programs it was a relief to finally find something easy to use.

I also was happy that I didn't have to custom my experience. I'm a hands on learner and I wanted to see what they had to offer - I don't want to spend hours setting up my own software just to not be able to use it due to complexity or price.

Cons

There are tiny things I'd like changed, but I consider these upgrades. I also don't want the base program changed - if they do upgrade I'd like to pick and choose what add ons I need. Right now the interface isn't crowded which makes it easy to use.

Lost my excitement

Its was great at the initial stage but when communication breaks down its with customer services it limits us in what we can do.

Pros

You have a good system and i know starting out with any business first hand the challenges however your customer should be the priority no matter what’s going on. I personally sent a few emails after upgrading to the monthly fee to get support surrounding how to access the free premium upgrade as per your new year marketing. You did respond letting me now when I would be available now its been six week since my last email and no respond. I have add a new users and w stil do not know how to access the premium upgrade to how to make the new users manager of their files. Also when choosing form th enlist of professions you should have social services industry listed as this from what i read of your company was the primary market or one of them.

It has been very user friendly. we had to take a break from using it and we tried to use paper to document but we have since gone back to notehouse as it worked best for us I a excited to use it again as it was so user friendly and a great way to store all of our client information

Pros

This software is so easy to use that even our non computer guy can use it and it is very organized.

My overall experience with Notehouse has been positive. It is easy to use and does what we need it to. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been extremely helpful and positive and has been great to work with, when do have a need or issue. Overall, good customer services and positive relationships.

Pros

This software, is easy to use and is pretty self explanatory. Being in the human services field for many years, the complexity of many of the programs I have used, makes the job hard. I reviewed this software, prior to the purchase and the start of our company and determined that the user friendly set up was a benefit to the company and product. There are no hidden buttons, or extra steps that have to be taken to get where you want to go inside each case.

Cons

I believe that a search by Assignment or case manager for the administration would be good, that way, the admin or supervisor can see which clients one of their workers has at the start, so they don't have to go through all of the clients and or search by page. I would also like to be able to export by worker.
