> **Pros**: It is extremely user friendly. Even if we get stuck on anything the chat option to connect to agents is extremely useful. I've used this feature several times especially when I've had a patient waiting to pick up their prescription.

The system inability to handle compounds
Drug Interaction Checks are not accurate.
No idea when the GSDD is updated or if it is even up to date.
In the beginning Fill My Refill only worked for apple users but not Android.

It is surprising that neither legal counsel nor a pharmacist is overseeing the regulations, requirements for controls, and tax laws for each state. The text messaging issue has persisted since August with no resolution yet. Additionally, there are promoted and charged functions that do not work as advertised.
