About NovoClinical

NovoClinical is a cloud-based electronic medical record (EMR) solution, which assists small to large medical practices with appointment scheduling and e-prescribing. Key features include compliance tracking, customized reporting, voice recognition, clinic interoperability, and timesheet management.

The application enables physicians to maintain patient’s demographic information and verify various data points such as policy number, holder name, dependents, eligibility, deductibles, and more with insurance providers. Patients can use self service portal to update their medical history, connect with staff, view lab results, and make payments. Plus, its telemedicine feature helps practitioners provide treatment to remote patients via video conferencing through mobile devices or computers.

NovoClinical's task management module lets supervisors assign jobs to team members, schedule follow-ups on lab processes, archive reports and receive notifications on pending work. Doctors can diagnose and code the symptoms of a patient through the coding system, submit claims to payment companies, and track the revenue generated.

Pros

The overall workflow is wonderful. It's incredibly easy and intuitive to use, but it's the customer service that really makes Novo stand out.

Cons

Not really. They are so responsive to suggestions that everything I have wanted changed has already been addressed.

Pros

Ease of implementation. Rapid customer service response to trouble shoot any problems we encounter. Ability to customize the software.

Cons

Sending to billing has multiple steps & sometimes the codes do not always translate to billing unless you check each & everyone of them.
