About AgencyZoom

AgencyZoom is a sales management suite designed for insurance agencies of all sizes. The cloud-based platform offers tools such as client onboarding, employee recognition, commission calculations, document generation, workflow management, task automation, and more, in order to help insurance agencies to save time and enhance sales and retention.

Designed specifically for P&C (property and casualty) agencies, AgencyZoom helps users to track sales, onboard clients, and manage their sales teams. Sales can be tracked within the platform, with tools such as real-time reports, feedback broadcasts to recognize high performing agents, and goal setting and tracking to motivate teams. AgencyZoom facilitates the management of client onboarding and allows users to generate welcome packs, coverage checklists, and more to share with new customers.

AgencyZoom allows businesses to automate processes such as welcome calls, post-sales tasks, renewal calls, and follow-up reminders in order to save time and optimize conversions. Commission can be calculated automatically within AgencyZoom and team members can track their commission in real time for added motivation.

GREAT, MUST-HAVE PRODUCT

Pros

Simple, easy-to-use, clear, intuitive interface. My 10-person agency uses Agency Zoom every day. It has resulted in a MASSIVE increase in accountability and results tracking. For 10+ years, I'd implement a goal, 'kinda' track it, and be sad/ frustrated when we didn't reach it. AGENCY ZOOM HAS SOLVED ALL THAT! Buy it! Support team will help you make it work for you. His team is super responsive and he knows Allstate and our business as well as anyone. Buy and install it!

Cons

Nothing. It's awesome. One new thing that might be a new feature is the option to track whether a sale is a 'bundle.' That is n Allstate-only feature, so perhaps not critical, but it is critical to me right now, but also a 'nice to have' vs. a requirement. It is a great product as is.

I am currenty using AgencyZoom to manage my leads as an SDR, inbound leads fall into our customized column and are moved through other columns as we developed a process to work on them after we submit information on our website, with automation the process is easy to follow and the smartcycle function is great to manage follow ups. Im using frequently the customized templates for emails and SMS, this makes it easier for me to make several attempts to contact and it also allows me to leave notes and pin any relevant information.

Pros

Organization of columns, smart cycle function, template creation for emails and SMS, tags and history of events on leads.

Cons

Integration with phone system presents problems sometimes

Pros

The leads are the only aspect of the software that I find helpful.

Cons

No work flow. Multiple users are touching multiple accounts and wasting so much time. It appears there must be more to it than we've been taught but the instructor seems as vague as the software.

Pros

Agency Zoom... The on-boarding, trailing document, ALR, and payroll program to end all programs. If they charged 3 times the amount currently charged, I would still happily use this software.
The product works flawlessly! It streamlines my agency when at point of sale. It tracks item count and premium sold in real time. It motivates my LSPs because it give a minute to minute update of sales in the office! It tracks ALR appointments kept and Life policies sold.
It calculates payroll accurately by integrating its software with DASH reports. I can now run payroll for all my employees in under a minute.

This is the best investment for any agency owner who is looking to organize and streamline their office! If you don't believe me, go to the website, watch the videos, and schedule a webinar from Tolga or Moe the owners! Everything this software claims to do, it does, amazingly! The creators are also constantly improving and adding functionality to their software! The customer service is second to none! I am an AgencyZoom customer for life!
