STORM is a cloud-based IT security management system designed to assist cyber security teams within organizations with tracking and management of network issues. Key features include workflow automation, message authentication, secure digital signatures, resource planning, and reporting.
The application comes with postmaster filters, which enable managers to categorize incoming email requests based on the subject line and assign the task to a group of recipients. It helps coordinators create multiple ticket acquisition channels such as email, chat, video, and phone for customer service agents as well as receive alerts for pending tasks. Plus, the solution helps supervisors provide encrypted access to tickets and email notifications to team members, allowing automated decryption at the receiving end.
STORM’s dashboard lets managers track job type and ongoing progress of issues, notifying customers of the ticket’s processing status in real-time. Network administrators can use the Whois lookup and CVE identifiers to detect vulnerable domains or IP addresses, retrieve information regarding internet service providers (ISPs), and track threats.
