Repair Pilot is a cloud-based repair management solution, which assists repair shops with customer and job management. Key features include receipt printing, parts management, stock alerts, customer inquiries, multi-currency support, response management, custom interfaces, and image upload.

Repair Pilot helps managers gain visibility across repair processes with a centralized dashboard that displays open jobs, customer information, parts inventory, invoices, and reports. Users can send personalized messages to customers via email and SMS, which helps service teams optimize engagement. Administrators can also create check-in receipts that include job reference numbers, item repair details, and contact information.

Repair Pilot comes with a module that allows users to add used repair parts, manage stock and supplies, as well as track associated costs, selling prices, and deliveries. Support teams can also add notes to resolve customer inquiries, upload photos using Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive, and prepare job history reports. The system is suitable for repair shops of all types, including shops that repair computers, jewelry, bikes, musical instruments, golf kits, television sets, surfboards, firearms, clocks, and more.

It was easy to sign up. That's about all I have good to say about it.


It was not intuitive and user friendly. There is no way to cancel the account. There is no response from support
