Isoratec Overview

What is Isoratec?

Isoratec is a customer relationship management solution designed to help sales teams of post-acute providers schedule appointments and manage referral sources. Key features include an offline mobile app, access to Medicare referral data, customizable branding, referral source tracking by GPS, data import, email marketing, access control, and multi-site management.

The application includes a calendar feature, which lets team members add new contacts, plan tasks and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales workflows. Using its relationship management module, supervisors can assign representatives to hospitals or physicians and recognize employee performance through a grading system. Supervisors can use the dashboard to review treatment outcomes and record the relative data summaries.

Isoratec comes with a commission management module, which enables managers to calculate incentives or travel expenses, and track referrals submitted by representatives for payment disbursements. The solution helps administrators provide role-based access to users, customizing data views for users on different operations. Isoratec can be deployed on-premise as well as hosted in the cloud.

Pros

Super easy to use, yet very powerful. Much easier to configure than Salesforce and it conforms to our business model exceedingly well. Lots of management tools for the office and just what we need for our field sales staff. Very low cost too!

Cons

No problems or issues yet, but I'll keep you posted.
