I learn best by doing rather than someone telling me how to do something, so when we hire a new person, we setup a screen share, hand them an order to enter and let them figure it out under our supervision. We find most legal savvy and computer savvy can enter the first order within 10 to 15 minutes and then with minor coaching they can be up to full speed on order entry within a day or two. We try to keep things simple and don’t try to scare new server or office staff with BS stories about the industry. I can enter new services from my car or desk and it allows me to manager rush services quickly. > > **Cons**: The affidavits are not impressive and bland. The fonts are small and dull. They charge a percentage of the invoice for stripe integration so I pay twice. Once to stripe and once to ServeManager. I don't like that it is based on the billing amount since there is no extra effort on their side for a larger invoice. They should cap the expense.
