> **Pros**: I have used Titanium at two different institutions.  It is an affordable option that is used widely in college settings.  Because of that, it has great support and a list serv to get ideas and help from peers.  It can integrate with other systems at your institution if you want.  It is highly customizable which makes it easy to use at any institution because you make it fit your needs.  For the everyday user it is relatively easy to use and intuitive.  They have great support videos and manuals to help each user learn how to use the software.

> **Cons**: From a system administrator standpoint, the software can be cumbersome.  There are a lot of features and options and getting it set up can take some time.  They do offer live training and if you are getting this for the first time I would highly recommend this option.

> Overall, this is a very affordable option for college counseling centers.  Once it's set up it is easy to use, can help in providing statistics for sharing the center's story to others.  They have timely support that is extremely helpful.

This also may be specific to my university, but if you do not have administrator status, canceling or making changes to appointments can be irritating.
