About nVision
Axence nVision is an integrated IT and security management tool, which enables businesses to analyze traffic across network devices, manage assets, and measure employee productivity. Features include license tracking, access control, user management, failure detection, two-way file sharing, port mapping, and ticket processing.
The application helps administrators locate potential downtime in the network, monitor device connectivity through interactive maps, gauge humidity and temperature levels in the server room, and set up desktop, email, or SMS alerts for any issue. Engineers can use the inventory management module to record actions performed on IT assets, conduct hardware or software audits, manage installations, and access files remotely. It also allows supervisors to handle employees' permissions and authorizations and track work hours, accessed applications, or visited websites.
Axence nVision offers a help desk feature, which helps administrators handle issue tickets, communicate with users through chat, and remotely access machines for troubleshooting. Managers can use SmartTime to view activity statistics of team members through productive, non-productive, and neutral status indicators.

Axence nVision describes himself as "Security software". In fact, it is NOT.

Get users activity monitoring. Get Windows event log serious alerts from all machines. Get messsage, then critical machine or service is down.
Pros
Software can be hidden (no visible) to users. Running fast as well on old computers. Works good on old Windows XP. Axence nVision is very stable - no anoying errors, no crashes for 2 years. In two years got only one problem - compatibility with old antivirus version.
Intuitive GUI interface, stability, works on old Windows XP.

Fully featured network visibility that can be greatly customized.

High visibility into my network environment.
High visibility into my network environment.
Pros
It allows me to create maps displaying my network environment and I can see in one screen when a device is having issues. Additionally, when I am not in the office, nVision notifies me via email/text when a device is having issues. Also, it allows WMI and SNMP monitoring so I can monitor all the devices I may need to with great flexibility.
Cons
Creating maps are easy, however, if you want to do something simple as arrange/align a number of devices (not all), this is impossible. I have requested this from development numerous times over the last 8 years I have been using the software and this has not been implemented which shows something for support, willingness to listen to customers, and functionality of the product. If you are going to offer a product that includes mapping, offer basic graphic functions.

Pros
I am able to switch off my PC's without any direct contact to those PC's but rather from my own end. I am also able to monitor my computer networks and also monitor my Asset Inventories on all machines without any direct contact. Additionally with AxencenVision, I am able to know the websites that have been visited by my staff/workers. All these are beneficial since I don't have to move from one machine to the other.
Cons
The number of license that I am being given (which is 10 free license) I wish Axence could help we the poor obtain enough license so that we can market it for bigger institutions to Purchase.
