About Oliver POS

Oliver POS is a point of sale solution built on top of WooCommerce, for small to medium retailers with online shops and brick and mortars.

With Oliver POS, users' online shop and physical store are always in sync. All information syncs automatically and in real time, including inventory, customer information, staff information, product information, other WooCommerce plugins, and more.

The Oliver POS platform supports integration with payment terminals, enabling users to process payments including credit and debit cards, store credit, cash, mobile payments, gift cards, split payments, and more. Staff members can add customer information into the WooCommerce database, keep track of store credits for each customer, and track past purchase history for returns, refunds, and loyalty programs. Plus, customers can use the application to monitor item-wise transactions and promotional content.

Oliver POS comes with a reporting module which provides detailed graphs with trends and patterns, and helps supervisors analyze store performance on a weekly, monthly, or daily basis. Store managers can access store credit information and detailed tax and sales reports.

Oliver POS is equipped with a fully customizable register. The simple interface allows users to organize their products, customize their taxes and discounts, customize their language, and more. With it's open-source framework, Oliver POS integrates seamlessly with any extension, allowing users to create a fully custom POS.

There are some issues when it comes to eliminate old registries, sometimes the system wont let you do that.

Pros

We found Oliver POS because it was the only POS compatible with the Points and Rewards WooCommerce Plugin. It allows a great customer experience !

Cons

The fact that sometimes there is syncing issued between WooCommerce and Oliver POS catalogs.

Pros

The best thing about Oliver POS is that it works seamlessly with WooCommerce. Oliver POS gets all of its information directly from WooCommerce, making the sync seamless and flawless.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the POS equipment.

Oliver POS has really helped me with my makeup company, as it has made it easier for us to track in store sales and website sales because of the woo commerce plug in.

Cons

I wish it came with 2 users for smaller businesses, as the price is a bit high for an extra user
