I have had an amazing experience working with Quantum- from demo to launching our first survey to reviewing analytics. They have provided best practices, guidance, support with the product every step of the way. Each person I have worked with has been kind, professional, personable and knowledgeable.
Pros
They have exceptional customer service support. They helped me through every step of the HRIS integration process and their site. All of my questions and concerns were addressed timely and with complete satisfaction.
Cons
I honestly do not have a negative thing to say.
