About Workconex

Workconex is a cloud-based solution designed to help businesses of all sizes manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to interview scheduling, assessment and onboarding. The platform comes with a talent pool, which allows hiring managers to create an applicant repository by automatically uploading resumes or manually adding entries.

Workconex offers a range of features including job boards, customizable company profiles, an information archive, website integration, a built-in scheduler/calendar, and more. The platform includes a centralized dashboard, which enables users to view open applications, upcoming interviews, and rejected applicants. Workconex allows users to customize the recruitment process for hiring and screening candidates. Managers can interview applicants using instant messages (IM) and video chat.

Workconex’s one-click ad distribution functionality lets users post job requirements across various job boards. The Xref feature helps enterprises automate pre-employment reference checks. Workconex integrates with various social media platforms and third-party systems such as Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Facebook, Mailchimp, Ximble, Flare, and BurstSMS.

Great. The support is great and once I got used to the program its become a daily feature to my day.

Pros

This is program has been a life saver to our company. We struggled to get access to the correct staff via any other recruitment platform and we had successful candidates within the first week of using Workconex.

Cons

Just learning something new I found hard at first to get around but after a week or so I was all over it

Pros

Its a good concept, keeping applicant history for quick fix staffing issues and pricing is great.

Cons

It's not mobile phone friendly , have to use ipad or desktop, witch is hard when your on sight all the time.
