About InnoPlanner
InnoPlanner is a cloud-based CAD solution designed to help designers, architects, dealers, retailers and manufacturers design and visualize building interiors in 2D and 3D graphics. The platform comes with a catalog content management system (CCMS) which enables users to maintain custom catalogs or documents and publish, as well as update, products in real-time.
InnoPlanner allows designers to embed a 3D planner into existing websites to facilitate eCommerce functionalities. The platform offers a range of features including a drag-and-drop interface, dealer network, inventory tracking, product descriptions/details management, and member accounts. The platform offers a white-label solution, which enables users to personalize the platform using a custom logo, color and theme.
InnoPlanner includes a built-in components library, which allows designers to add different items such as furniture, tiles, windows and flooring to the designs. The platform supports integration with various ERP/CRM systems and eCommerce platforms including WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, and more.

1- it is easy to use
2- as a business user, I'm able easily to add my catalogue to their ccm
3- customer service is perfect and they are very friendly and helpful
Cons
- if it can support importing.dwg file directly will be perfect

Overall my experience has been extremely positive. Our rep from the team has helped with the installation as well as any extra features we wanted to add. Their team is quick and responsive and knows exactly what they are talking about.

Pros
I like how intuitive the software is. Whilst we don't use all the services the software has to offer, it definitely meets all our needs.
Any services that were not already present in the product have been added by the team who have great communication and product knowledge.
Cons
There aren't many to speak of. We had opted for a single installation of the server instead of using the online variation. The installation had a few issues which were completely our own fault and I can imagine setting up the online planner would be a much easier solution!
