The BluInsurance platform provides agents with cloud-based forms that enable them to easily collect policyholder information in a secure,trackable way. Users can generate PDF documents from the collected data and send them to selected markets, which serve as submissions. BluInsurance helps team members track the status of each submission, compare the value of received quotes, and archive reports for further analysis. Employees can use the solution to optimize cross-selling strategies as well as connect with policyholders via email and SMS to enhance business opportunities.

The platform comes with a lead management module that connects directly to your website. This allows your team to receive an email and SMS notification within seconds of the prospect inquiring about your business. Plus, managers can set prioritization and assignment rules based on the certification of each agent to automatically distribute each new prospect.

Our business goal was to drive efficiency in our lead conversion process in order to save our brokerage time and provide better service. BluInsurance definitely helped us achieve both.

Pros

BluInsurance's lead consolidation and distribution saves our business a ton of time as we were previously doing it all manually. We're only a couple months in, but already seeing an increase in new business due to it's failsafe automations

Cons

It takes a little getting used to at first, given all the functions and features. We relied on BluRoot's support team during the beginning months and they were pretty helpful

Pros

Loved the interaction and support with the people at BluInsurance. They are attentive and easily help guide you through the set up process and quick to solve any issues. Made for a smooth transition with software that is quick to catch onto. Knew I could call them up with any need!

Cons

You can't use it offline. Hoping for an upgrade to accommodate this soon!
