PaloPro Overview

What is PaloPro?

PaloPro is a social listening solution, which assists marketing, brand, and communication teams with monitoring news, posts, discussions, and videos across the internet and social media channels in real-time. It is primarily designed to help businesses gather and analyze brand-specific references to create and execute corporate communication strategies.

The PaloPro platform enables administrators to evaluate the impact on marketing campaigns on audiences, conduct sentiment and trend analysis for the brand/product across different demographics, and analyze conversations around the brand across digital channels. It allows managers to monitor consumer behavior by aggregating product reviews and feedback, helping to gauge market sentiment. Plus, users can define criteria to segment consumers into multiple groups, optimizing campaign creation.

PaloPro comes with a REST API, which facilitates the organization and delivery of articles from various sources in real-time. Managers can create reports with custom dashboard screens to share information about the impact of companies/products in the media with stakeholders.
