From the self service traveller portal, clients can view their bookings, manage upgrades, view itineraries, manage payments, access their travel documents, and input any additional information needed for the trip. Administrators can use Groupdesk to track sales growth, view real-time sales data, set up payment plans, track inventory, manage pricing, send communications, and more.
