About K-Now

K-Now is a cloud-based digital adoption platform, which assists aerospace, telecommunications, energy, utility, and hospitality businesses with adding context-sensitive user guidance to applications. Key features include feedback collection, campaign planning, user guide creation, and use-case analysis.

The K-Now platform enables administrators to determine user locations within applications and provides information, alerts, and guidance to help complete multiple operations. It allows teams to add stickers, toolkits, and information snippets to various elements on screens, as well as indicate step-by-step actions to complete specific operations within applications. Plus, information architects can create popups to display important messages in the form of push notifications.

K-Now comes with a campaign module, which enables managers to create content for one-time events, new feature launches, and user profiles, helping define publication schedules and release periods. The application manages the import and export of translations, allowing users to publish information in multiple languages, and users can collect customer feedback to measure the quality of user guides, walk throughs, and suggestions.
