The Ziplyne platform enables administrators to create guided journeys, which help customers navigate sites, platforms, and workplace applications in real-time, optimizing the user experience. It allows teams to create step-by-step guides in the form of automated layers that pop-up, providing users with the necessary information to complete business processes. Managers can create new guides by adding titles, selecting the category from a list, and adding tags to help users find information via keyword-search.

Ziplyne allows UX teams to add elements to information guides, define popup placements using arrow tools, add instructive content, map process flows, and save guided experiences within a centralized database. Customers can play the guided experience in real-time while browsing over the mandatory fields and checking-off boxes.
