When initiating a new screening, SwiftCheck allows us to send an email and a text message to the candidate with a link to start the background check. Our candidates have mentioned how easy it is to submit their information on their mobile devices. Our rep is very responsive and helpful. The pricing is also very reasonable - good value for what we are getting. > > **Cons**: I wish there was a chat/IM feature to connect with the IT / support team. We are able to email the support team but adding a chat option would provide a more dynamic/interactive experience. We have also had some issues with using Chrome but the support team sought to resolve issues quickly.
