I've learned how to create and manage events within the system and schedule up to 300+ volunteers to staff the program at multiple festivals.
Pros
I like how user-friendly this software is and how simple it is to create and manage events within the system.
Cons
The system logs me out from time to time, but a quick page refresher typically fixes the glitch.

I like to use this software because it takes the hardest parts of my job and makes them easier.

Pros
I love the self scheduler and the fact that I have the ability to mass text fans & volunteers that shift times have changed. The list goes on and on.
Cons
Refunds. I usually have an issue as my volunteer program opens up too early.
