Mobi2Go is a cloud-based and on-premise food delivery solution designed to help restaurants manage orders, payments, billing, marketing, and more. The platform comes with a white-label tool, which enables organizations to personalize online stores using custom logos, domain names, colors, themes, and fonts.

Mobi2Go includes a stock control functionality, which allows managers to track inventory levels, hide out-of-stock ingredients, and set availability dates. The platform offers a host of features such as menu editors, QR code and barcode scanning, social media sharing, customer histories, email receipts, credit card processing, loyalty points, order notes, franchise management, and more. The delivery mapping system also lets businesses set up multiple delivery zones with variable fees as well as validate customer addresses in real-time before accepting orders.

Mobi2Go provides organizations with insight into sales activities, customer behavior, and client interactions via analytics. Plus, it supports integration with various third-party systems such as Bepoz, Wizbang, Postmates, Spoonity, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Silverstripe.

It is fully integrated to PAR PixelPoint and makes to flow in store seamless for multiple different types of business.

Cons

We haven not experienced any issues with the product to date.

Promising but needs work

While my initial sales call with them was great, the actual use of the site is very frustrating. The more I use it, the more I realize this is not the solution for my type of business despite many discussions with them about that was important to me. Tech support is very spotty. Sometimes it takes too long for a reply.

Pros

The set-up & design was done by Mobi2Go so no learning curve for initial set-up. Updating of product availability is easy. Overall look is attractive.

Cons

Reporting is very limited. Functionalities like singling out an item for different availability, inventory management feature non existent. Very limited to add-update products on your own and French site must be done by support. They have had issue with their French translation software. Support is very spotty. This is essentially only good for a basic restaurant takeout client. If you want something more detailed or customized, this is not the solution. I run a small bakery and wanted something for clients to order certain products online during holidays like Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc. These orders are placed ahead of time and the management through Mobi2Go hasn't been great.

Would definitely recommend using Mobi 2 Go fto a friend or colelague. Once you have worked on the setup of one account it means you are across the process for all accounts int he future.

Pros

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] made it easy to understand what was needed from us as a business to have an account setup and launched on an extremely short timeline.
The software is a simple step by step framework which is incredibly user friendly.

Cons

While the template allwos the software to be user friendly, this means that it cant cater for one off requirements where shops may have apoint of difference (introducing comment sections where needed for added notes, or integrating with a specific supplir - NZ Post)

Pros

Integration to my existing POS Systems was a big benefit. Providing the payment gateway at such an affordable rate is another big plus. The system is very customer focused and is very easy to navigate for a beginners. The fees for the whole business set up is very very reasonable and the amount of work the guys put in is commendable.

Cons

Setting up of menu is a little complicated but it works perfectly fine.
