Archeo is a cloud-based solution designed to help small to large businesses manage message workflows across multiple end-point devices and systems. Key features include full-text search, user authentication, process control, log management, custom dashboard creation, issue tracking, and analytics.
The application enables supervisors to index and search required messages based on various filter types including transaction tags, status, and send/receive folders. Archeo also helps teams locate lost emails, invoices, and transactions across networks, generating an overview of the content type and delivery status. It allows team members to determine the type of messages to be logged such as status metadata and XML-file types, facilitating users with quick search for the information.
Archeo offers API-based integration, allowing businesses to record information in Microsoft Azure as well as generate custom graphs for monitoring workflows. Administrators can use the solution to provide group and role-based permissions to users and limit information visibility as per access rights of employees.
