About Ryvit

Ryvit is a cloud-based integration solution designed to help businesses in the construction industry automate the flow of data from one on-premise or SaaS application to another. Using APIs, it lets teams integrate their tools with various CRM, project management, ERP, field management, and expense and accounting applications to streamline business processes.

Key features of Ryvit include metadata management, multiple data sources, data mapping, web services, and ETL (extract/transfer/load). Using the Vista integration, organizations can generate custom reports based on critical data on finances and more, which is exported from a database with limited third-party access. Integration with Sage 100 and 300 enables enterprises to streamline numerous accounting operations involving general ledger, job costs, payroll, accounts payable, and more.

Ryvit facilitates integration with Spectrum to handle the entire construction lifecycle from accounting to project management. Users can also generate AP invoices which can be shared with team members from mobile devices, ensuring collaboration across teams.

Pros

This software was our option to connect Concur to Sage 300 CRE. The Sage 300 CRE software is really specialized for our business and our Ryvit consultants knew it inside and out. This helped our set-up go super smoothly, as they even helped our Concur implementation specialist understand what we needed on several occasions. The software is hands-off to us, so whenever something comes up or we have questions, we get to interface directly with support, who resolve our concerns quickly, efficiently and with kindness.

Cons

The only thing that we didn't realize was that we have to manually add each invoice into our accounting software after the import. This is way less time consuming than what we were doing before, but there is no full-automation for us yet.

Pros

It can integrate many different systems and is, overall hands-off.

Cons

There is no control whatsoever from the client-side. It needs dashboards to see the status of integrations as well as an audit log of what has happened. It would be nice if you could do some rudimentary integration steps (add a new/existing field to sync)

We love our Ryvit bridge!

Pros

With the Ryvit bridge, it allowed us to venture to other software programs that provided tools our current Accounting / Project software could not do. However, having to do double entry was just not an option for us in getting everything integrated. The Ryvit bridge solved that problem!

Cons

Initially the canned Ryvit product didn't do everything we wanted. HOWEVER, the Ryvit team heard our requests and worked through the vital customization that we needed. They really worked hard to make sure we had the valued added pieces that gave us a great experience and great information results.

Automated the credit card interface with Spectrum. It is easy to use with phone and computer input

Cons

Expense. After we implemented it the cost continued to go up each year.
