About Vectera
Vectera is a cloud-based online conferencing platform designed to assist sales, customer success, and financial advisory teams with meeting room scheduling and video conferencing. Key features include screen sharing, file transfer, custom branding, calendars, and data encryption.
Vectera enables administrators to create video rooms for multiple clients, as well as store communication content such as notes, documents, and recordings in a unified interface. Users can invite participants to join video conferences via web browsers, share screens to guide clients through software products or websites, and upload documents including presentations and contracts. Plus, conference participants can take notes on the system using a tablet and stylus.
Vectera includes a scheduling tool that integrates with calendar applications such as Google Suite, Office365, and iCloud, enabling managers to include buffer times, define events as public or private, detect time zones, and more. Businesses can also customize the meeting rooms with branded content and allow participants to join meetings with custom URLs via tablet, desktop, or mobile devices.

FAST, EASY, SECURE Point-to-Point, FEATURE-RICH: Perfect!

We serve people with very different computer environments and skill levels. We need a client-to-client webmeeting and screensharing platform which allows for a simple link to be clicked and DONE/READY. Vectera offers this. FURTHER it establishes a unique point-to-point secure connection between the client and us, without routing anything via their own servers. It shows the connection signal strength, and delivers absolutely everything one would wish for in such private one-on-one meetings.
Pros
FAST -- Nobody needs to install anything. Just click and go.
EASY -- We schedule a meeting (using Vectera, or otherwise), establish a single link, and are done.
SECURE Point to Point -- In the 90s we used point-to-point meeting solutions, but then the whole industry moved to central-server approaches. Vectera offers secure endpoint to endpoint webmeetings. Where ZOOM can sneakpeak into anything taking place, Vectera meetings are behind closed doors.
FEATURE-RICH -- All features you need.

a good internet connection is always necessary. Sometimes, the wifi of customers is not fast enough when they use the camera

A quick and efficient way for meetings and presentations

I personally prefer apps that have these little quirky things about them that make work a little easier and more 'automated'. The easiest way for online meetings and presentations.
Pros
You only need a few minutes to know your bearings and after that you're good to go.
Cons
I prefer Safari as my web-browser and it doesn't have the best compatibility with Safari.

Simple, clean, safe and great customer support

Pros
Vectera allowed me to automate my workflow, it made my life easier and that of my clients who do not need to install software or configure anything, with a single link they access the meeting in just seconds.
I must also highlight the great technical support service that are very receptive to solve doubts and take very into consideration the ideas of improvement of the application of their clients.
Cons
The main disadvantage is the capacity of users in a meeting room, it only allows a maximum of 6

Pros
i like that I can use it for client scheduling and for client video coaching calls. So far it’s worked well. I like that you don’t need a specific app to use it on mobile devices.
Cons
Some of my clients have had to download or switch to a different browser to be able to connect to the video,
