About Knowmax

Knowmax is a knowledge management software that enhances customer support through decision tree analytics for phone and AI Chatbot communication. The system's decision tree functionality allows support agents to collaborate on customer inquiries and search for previous responses to commonly asked questions. Using the intuitive dashboard, agents can utilize the system's picture guide and knowledge base, which gives a visual explanation for incoming tickets and adds a self-service customer experience.

Knowmax's omni-channel AI chatbot comes with natural language processing, which captures customer response data and analyzes conversations to enhance future dialogue. Pros

· Authors found it easy to build and maintain the decision trees.
· Users found it to be navigation-friendly – required information was present in a single page making the decision tree easy to comprehend.
· Real time analytics present
· Enhancement requests were proactively taken up by Kochartech tech team. The team rolled out the same in a couple of days and we were able to use the same on the product during the trial period. The manner in which the enhancements were rolled out – lesser TAT, efficiency & quality - made us confident of their team’s capabilities.

this is clearly a great addition to our outsource team who have already seen massive improvements in AHT and QA scores.

Cons

I think there needs to be a quality team that can check for the clients language. Some key words are missing from our trees that change the meaning.
