> **Pros**: Flexibility and support. The product is a platform with a lot that you can add or program into it. It does quite a bit more than just "Document Management". We use it for a lot of Project Management. The support staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help as well which is invaluable.

> **Cons**: The interface could be more intuitive. To the average user it feels a bit "techie" with a learning of the terminology used in the Workstation as well as getting used to the look and feel. However, this doesn't take long to get past.

> My overall experience is very positive. Regardless of the interface being something for users to get used to they ultimately really like what it provides. Again, the staff is a great help when you have questions and/or need to add new things which may be complex in nature.
