About Cocoom

Cocoom is a content creation and knowledge sharing platform for project management and team collaboration. The internal communication tool allows managers and employees to share daily memos, visions, action plans, feedback, and more with customizable appearance and templates.

With Cocoom, users can create, add, remove, and modify threads for a variety of themes including human resources, customer success, project management, internal communications, and more. All threads include multiple customizable tags and are securely stored and indexed in a searchable history catalog to ensure full tracking and traceability of key information. Users can search the directory for articles and documents using search features such as tags, categories, indexes, themes, documents, and collaborators.

Cocoom can be integrated with third party software such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Sharepoint, as well used on internal intranets. This allows for notifications and appearances to be further customized depending on the pre-existing software settings set by the user and published to multiple connected communities.

Ayant suivi toute la phase d ‘intégration de Cocoom pour une entreprise qui se disait elle-même à l’âge préhistorique de la com, je peux vous dire à quel point COCOOM s’adapte à toutes les situations d’entreprise pour aller vers du mieux.

Pros

L'outil est adaptée aux démarches de construction de la culture d’entreprise.
Direction et management plus visibles, dynamique des équipes boostée en direct, interactions, place juste accordée à chaque salarié dans l’organisation.

Cons

Les reportings quotidiens des actus sur boite mail en cas de non ouverture de la plateforme ped 4 heures.
