The application enables attendees to create personalized itineraries based on day, topic, and presenter using the mobile application.

OpenWater Mobile comes with a business card functionality, which allows users to scan and capture contact details using the built-in name tag scanner. It offers a host of features, including data import, offline access, contact management, a schedule viewer, and single sign-on (SSO). The white label platform provides users with tools for personalizing the application interface using custom logos, colors, font, and themes. ProgramBook also enables sponsors to display sale advertisements or exhibitor details across multiple events.

OpenWater Mobile lets administrators provide additional information, such as Wi-Fi access, conference location, parking, and more to streamline event organization. Plus, the application supports integration with various third-party systems, such as iMIS20, MemberSuite, Salesforce, Personify, MemberClicks, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Aptify.
