> **Pros**: Well they are amazing with what they do, they get all the info of your event and create an application customized for it. They have very good after sales customer care services. 
The applications are very user-friendly and creative I must say.

> **Cons**: Their prices are high actually and even though there are many packages yet the prices generally are not suitable for small events. 
Sometimes systems issues take place but I must say they fix as soon as they arise.

> **Pros**: The simple, easy and straightforward user interface, I don't get overwhelmed by endless features and settings like other event management apps

> **Cons**: Lack of integration, very slow customer support, the product is B2B oriented and not B2C, but I still can use it as a customer without receiving enough technical support, which is kind of a waste of time.
