Turbo is a cloud-based field service and workforce management solution designed to help businesses design and launch online, as well as offline, mobile applications. It includes a product catalog management module, which allows organizations to update and maintain products codes, images, costs, descriptions, specifications, manufacturer information, and more via a centralized dashboard.
Turbo comes with a contact management system, which lets managers view customer activity history and store phone numbers, emails, and shipping and billing details for future reference. Features include a drag-and-drop designer, customizable forms, location management, asset tracking, stock optimization, lead capture, and more. The application assists professionals with creating custom workflows using validation rules to streamline operations related to work orders, contracts, and return merchandize authorizations (RMAs). Users can also schedule, monitor, and organize tasks using the built-in calendar and color codes.
Turbo includes an asset list functionality, which allows administrators to manage and update assets details such as serial numbers, dates, and key attributes in real-time. Plus, it supports integration with Salesforce and various third-party applications to capture data and improve operations across teams.
