The application comes with an Election Manager feature, which lets team members create custom polls and ballots, manage candidate rotations, and accept write-ins. Organizations can maintain voter security and provide digitally signed receipts as proof, ensuring the secrecy and protection of ballots against unauthorized access. Using the built-in auditing tools, supervisors can create activity logs and monitor the voting process as per predefined count verification protocols. The dashboard enables users to monitor vote statistics, bounced emails, and voting accounts.

BigPulse allows organizers to run nominations before elections, automating the transfer of approved nominees, statements, pictures, and seconders to the election ballot. Administrators can grant role-based permissions to staff or external auditors and manage nomination polls. BigPulse also allows participants to perform repeat votes, modify votes multiple times, and submit feedback.
