Demo Wizard is a cloud-based promotion scheduling solution, which helps retailers plan in-store marketing campaigns to help improve foot traffic. Key features include calendar synchronization, multi-shift scheduling, performance analysis, invoice processing, customer relationship management, and reporting.
The application enables brand ambassadors to submit demo requests via portals and display the schedule on staff calendars using color codes. Field managers can use the solution to track and verify the attendance of ambassadors through automated check-ins/outs and geolocation timestamps. It lets administrators collect and review demo requests from vendors, check the availability of brand ambassadors by store, and carry out inventory confirmations at the selected location. Demo Wizard also helps store supervisors generate invoices, payment statements, and tax documentation for ambassadors.
Demo Wizard comes with an analytics module, which allows marketing teams to identify trending brand ambassadors, high-performing days, stores or demographics for promotions, and perform ROI calculations through graphs and charts. Supermarkets can also use the solution to enhance space utilization through optimized floor plans, to help improve the customer experience during in-store demos.

Overall, I really like using this technology. As a Brand Ambassador specialist, it makes monitoring and managing demos simple.
Pros
Among my favorite features, is the ability to SUBMIT AVAILABILITY and to accept new demo requests, all through the portal.
Also, ONLINE REPORTING, is great. I love entering photos, comments, receipts, sales and expenses, all in one place.
Finally, Demo Wizards has a practical and efficient way of sharing information. THE LIBRARY is easily accessible to Brand Ambassadors and Customers. It is easy for Customers to load information and trainings about their products and it is simple for Brand Ambassadors to find documents and extra information about customers.
Cons
However, I wish that the different areas of online reporting could be done at separate times. For example, it would be great to load photos and comments, but then go back later to add sales, receipts, or make changes to comments, all without having to “submit” the report. Like just simply ‘saving’ each section separately, but not actually ‘submitting’ the report until all sections are fully ready for submission.

Thank you for the kind words. We did implement staged reporting, similar to what you describe, last week. However, the image attachment step is currently a last one. We are working on independent attachment of images directly from your phone, to make it even better.

Pros
The automated email alert for a scheduled demo is the only feature I need. I would be happier if it integrated into our work calendar.
Cons
Our vendors seem to really struggle using this software, and the few I have talked with have complained about it at length. I worry it is a barrier to us having more active demo's
