Horeko Overview

What is Horeko?

Horeko is a cloud-based solution designed to help businesses in the hospitality industry create employee schedules and manage revenue. Key features include inventory management, internal messaging, productivity analysis, secure document storage, tagging, cost calculation, and purchasing.

The application enables chefs to prepare recurring, bulk, and conversion recipes from semi-finished products and ingredients and monitor trending dishes via the menu engineering feature. Businesses can register HACCP tasks with name, date, and time and print the shelf life labels for food expiration along with tags for allergens, defrosting, and production date. Horeko also comes with a shrink registration feature, which allows managers to view waste history, as well as list ingredients, semi-finished products, and dishes as waste.

Horeko integrates with various third-party applications such as Aloha, Bakers Brigade, Bid Food, Booq, Clixx, Countler, Delidis, Lightspeed, Nmbrs, Vectron, and more. The solution helps supervisors record employee availability and track work hours via biometrics, pin codes, or RFID tags. Using the mobile app, businesses can prepare timetables and publish them to employees through push messages.

roosters plannen , recepten invoeren. ze kunne onderling ruilen

Cons

er worden dagen online trainingen ect georganiseerd, ik zou graag een training willen aangeven en tijd zodat ik zou kunnen. de medewerkers kunnen zover ik weet niet zien wanneer andere coleega s vakantie hebben aangevraagd
