Scrive Sign is a fantastic platform that allows you to create brand-new documents from scratch, complete with signature requirements and mandatory fields. Create legally binding contracts, agreements, and other financial documents with confidence. It can be sent via mail or a verified link so that it can be safely opened by multiple parties. Documents are protected because users are authenticated using several methods. The tool can import data from other platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Dropbox, Salesforce, and Oracle. Some document types have pre-made templates that can be used as-is or modified by inserting one's brand logo or changing the background.
Pros
The intuitive design of the interface streamlines the signing process for both our company and our clients. Scrive's support staff is responsive and helpful whenever I contact them, which is a huge help. For me, Scrive's ability to monitor the signing and ratification of contracts has been its most useful feature. Since implementing this, my work has become more efficient, and we have been able to better manage our time. The platform's adaptability to our unique requirements has only increased its usefulness for our business. The fact that HR and other departments besides the sales force can use the platform independently is a major plus. I've also enjoyed how frequently Scrive releases updates and new capabilities. These updates have kept the platform up-to-date and relevant, and they have added features that have increased the platform's usefulness to our business.
Cons
To begin, it can be tricky to add fields to preexisting templates. A more natural approach, or at least more thorough documentation, would be appreciated. In some cases, the need for fields to be unique can also be a problem. The inability to replicate previous steps is also a problem. Even though it's possible to save time by using the template feature, there are instances when it'd be more efficient to simply replicate a previous procedure and make any necessary changes. It would help me get more done in less time. When it comes to the law and using Scrive, I have a few reservations. What constitutes a legally binding agreement varies from country to country, and there are also data storage regulations like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to take into account.
