cituro is an online booking platform for German service providers to manage appointments, payments, resources, employee schedules, and more. Additional features include customer appointment history, group bookings, management dashboards, email reminders, automatic calendar sync, and online payments.

cituro enables customers to book appointments via businesses' websites, social media pages, Google, and unique QR codes as well as determine the type of services, dates, employees, and time slots desired. With automatic calendar sync, updates, and notifications, customers are only shown available appointment slots to prevent any potential overlap with pre-existing bookings, and receive automatic email reminders or notifications of any booking changes. Customers can pay for appointments in advance using credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Microsoft Pay and partial or full refunds can also be processed directly in the platform.
