Medical professionals can utilize the platform to organize patient schedules, set up target values for vitals, and receive emails in case of disruptions. Plus, it allows patients to take their vital signs, access custom news feeds, articles, and videos, communicate with doctors via video conferencing or chat messages, and track their progress against various metrics using the client dashboard.
Connected Health facilitates integration with third-party electronic health record (EHR) solutions to integrate and synchronize information across systems. The Pulsewave portal helps physicians monitor patient pulse rates, identify anomalies, and track progress using daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly graphs.
