FastTest comes with authoring functionality, which assists teams with creating personalized assessments using drag-and-drop capabilities, essays, and fill-in-the-blanks items, as well as custom workflows for reviewing and publishing content. The platform offers numerous features such as metadata management, custom fields, virtual proctoring, widgets, multilingual translations, customizable interface, and more. Users can also secure tests using passcodes, unique ID numbers, browser or IP address restrictions, and linear-on-the-fly testing (LOFT).
FastTest allows administrators to set cut scores using a modified-Angoff approach or linear/normative scaled scoring conversion. Moreover, managers can generate reports about test development processes, gain insight into examinee responses via Iteman analysis, and export data for sharing.

Pros
The customer support is by far the best I encountered while evaluation several options. Also, the different reports and customization options are great
Cons
Really nothing was a deal breaker. We currently use an in-house developed program that was customized to our needs and nothing in the commercial environment matched.
