Scedule

About Scedule
Scedule is a web-based meeting platform designed to help businesses view the availability of team members, arrange appointments with partners, and send branded meeting invitations via email. It lets users request availability of trusted contacts, list date proposals by priority, and manage meeting preferences of participants.
Key features of Scedule include attendee management, meeting room booking, invitation management, and scheduling. The application collects relevant data automatically, allowing sales teams to manage rooms in Office 365 and keep rooms free during date coordination. It adds participants’ location information to the event by importing data from Google Places.
Scedule helps enterprises sync date proposals with their default calendar and add URL or dial-in data from existing virtual conferencing tools. Participants can also validate date proposals by viewing events of same day in the calendar. Scedule's API enables enterprises to integrate with existing meeting room and workplace systems, such as Office 365, Exchange, Outlook, Google Calendar, and iCal.
