GoCopy is a cloud-based workflow management software designed for Adobe InDesign and InCopy, which enables graphic designers and copywriters to collaborate on various projects using content generation, editing, document sharing, and access management capabilities.

GoCopy allows multiple users to simultaneously work on style sheets, paragraphs, and character styles across documents, facilitating real-time editing and updates of layout and content. The platform includes baskets - private file storage spaces with offline access - which enable copywriters to create and save custom stories to their local machines and submit to the other users' basket for review. Writers can generate new stories using customizable InCopy templates or work on documents assigned by designers.

GoCopy includes versioning, backup, and restoring functionalities, which help maintain a record of changes made to the documents and enables users to restore documents to a previous version. Copywriters can also utilize the InDesign layout feature to view content placements across pages.
