About Milvus

Milvus is an IT management platform which is available only in Portuguese. The system includes capabilities for managing IT assets, help desks, support/issue tickets, service catalogs, remote access, file transfer, device discovery, IT inventory, asset monitoring, customer documentation, and more.

Milvus's IT asset management solution allows users to generate a list of client devices, view real-time terminal statuses, and access full device information. Devices can be added and removed as necessary from a remote location through the remote access feature. Alerts are generated automatically for device variables being monitored including RAM, disk storage, temperature, and more. Users can also manage asset life cycles, software licenses, asset locations, link monitoring, and remote file transfer.

The help desk functionality of Milvus includes multi-channel support for chat, phone, web, email, and in-app support requests. Users can manage tickets, link duplicate tickets together, and support multiple customers at the same time. SLAs are managed automatically with ticket prioritization and contract management tools to configure service contracts. Milvus also integrates with Bom Controle, allowing users to automate the sending of monthly customer invoices.

Como lo mencione anteriormente, gracias a Milvus, hemos tenido un mayor control y sistematización en la gestión de todos nuestros clientes.

Pros

En la empresa donde trabajo gracias a Milvus pudimos estandarizar y sistematizar el formato del Informe al cliente, hay un mejor control en los registro de la solicitudes en la creación de tickets, a su vez tenemos un inventario tecnológico actualizados en todos nuestros clientes que tiene instalados el agente Milvus, por consiguiente obtenemos el detalle de cada equipo tanto en Hardware como Software, también está la conexión remota a los equipos que es plus del Software, entre otras bondades que ofrece Milvus están las configuraciones de las Alertas para que notifique cuando un servicio de un servidor esta caído ó cuando un usuario está instalando una aplicación que no está permitida en la empresa.
La generación de reportes es muy fácil y practica entre otras características más que ofrece la Aplicación.

Cons

Algo en contra, que han venido mejorando a través de sus versiones es la conexión Remota, que todavía falta pulirla o ajustarla un poco más.

Plataforma de acesso remoto, plataforma de servicedesk, plataforma de gestão de contratos, plataforma de monitoramento e mais plataformas, suamos a camisa mas encontrarmos uma plataforma que conseguiu integrar todas as nossas necessidades e de nossos clientes!

Uma plataforma unificada com suporte instantâneo e melhorias constantes!!

Nossa gestão ficou muito mais simples e conseguimos nos concentrar no que realmente importa, nossos clientes.

Cons

A primeira versão do APP não era tao boa mais apos a atualização melhorou muito.
