Gryzzly is a French-language Slackbot that tracks employee productivity, hours worked, projects, and client budgets. Un outil indispensable pour établir des P&L par projet

Pros

Depuis mon arrivée chez Meero, notre effectif a connu une croissance très importante. Malgré cette hyper-croissance, nous devons gérer nos budgets et maîtriser nos coûts.

Afin d’identifier nos leviers d’optimisation et nos clients les plus rentables, notre DAF a mis en place Gryzzly. Le but étant d'obtenir des données fiables de la part de chaque employé des différents pôles pour pouvoir suivre leur investissement dans chaque projet, en liaison avec la direction financière (DAF et FP&A).

A l'origine, il était difficile d'obtenir des données de nos pôles. Nous manquions de visibilité globale sur l'effort fourni pour nos clients. Et reconstituer les agendas pour du Crédit d’impôt ou de la comptabilité analytique est cauchemardesque.

Nous avons travaillé avec l'équipe de Gryzzly qui a su faire évoluer son outil pour nous apporter des réponses. Grâce à eux, nous gagnons un temps précieux à la récolte des temps avec le chatbot, tout en obtenant une donnée fiable et facile à retraiter à la sortie.

Nous pouvons maintenant identifier plus clairement nos ressources et leur consommation, la rentabilité de nos clients, et justifier notre CIR. Nos “Head of”, eux, ont gagné en visibilité aussi et peuvent anticiper des recrutements et piloter leurs projets et leurs budgets.
